years ago, when visiting FL we bought a SUNPASS transponder that could be moved from car to car. You just have to change the make model and plate # in your account.  It's easy to add money to my SUNPASS account to save from having to pay the rental car company.  I believe we bought it at Rite Aid for $25

Is Budget the closest car rental to PC? 

We're coming in the day before our cruise on RCL in August and looking to rent a car for the day. 

Thanks for posting this.  We're sailing on the Mariner in August from PC do you think the daily planner is same?

What is the best way to get the OBC on RCL?  I just checked and our two rooms have dropped $110 ($55 each room).  Can I email them or would it be easier to call?  How long will it take to have the credit show up?  

The room are fully paid for if that makes a difference.
