I've booked through Expedia once and used Ebates but the credit never came. It was supposed to be like 10% of cruise fare. Months after the cruise, I e-mailed Ebates several times but never once received any response. Eventually I gave up and moved on.

We are cruising out of Civitavecchia port in June and hoping to find reliable and inexpensive options for transportation back to FCO airport. I found this bus service from another travel forum (TripAdvisor). But the page hasn't been updated in a while so I'm not sure whether it's still reliable. Has anyone tried it recently? According to the website, it's 20 euros per person and the bus leaves at 9:30am, arriving at FCO by 10:30am.
