They sure do! Quite expensive though. I do a little tour of the shop (and make a purchase!!) in my video above.

Would they require a resort pass to explore the shop and have a drink (away from the pool area) after visiting Junkanoo Beach next door?

  2. We are seeing corner aft rooms available for a cruise we are interested in aboard the MSC Armonia. They are considered O2 Fantastica Oceanview staterooms. We are looking at room 8299. Any positive or negatives with these rooms? With it being a corner the hope of an extra window came to mind. We also like that it is next to the Aft deck, which we could use as a next door balcony without much of a walk. It does show a 3rd Pullman bed but no 4th bed, does that say anything in regards to the room?

  3. We are looking at doing a cruise in late August on the Armonia. It seems like deals are plentiful for the coming winter months and the dates into March and April really aren't much more than what I'm looking at for late August.  Is there any reason outside of cabin choice to book now vs waiting for a last minute deal? Does MSC have any program to upgrade cabin level later if we book now?

Frequently those air conditioning complaints are directly linked to the fact that balcony cabins on the same AC run keep their balcony cabin doors open and messed up the system for all the cabins on that run.

Would an interior room avoid this problem then?

  5. He's anyone heard reports yet of the improvments done to the Armonia during the Dry dock?

Multiple reviews in the past complained about air conditioning not working right on the Armonia. Was this addressed during the dry dock? Assuming it is an issue still, is there a known pattern to which rooms are/were having a/c issues? Would a Bella interior room be more apt to lead me to a hot room than upgrading to fantastica room?

We are very curious based on the prices for the 7 night cruises out of Miami, but working air conditioning is our primary concern from the negative reviews. Any insight on this?

  6. As a cd/ vinyl collector, I love finding new music to listen to.

I'm guessing, after poking around online, that there aren't any record stores around St Kitts. Where should I look if I want to bring home a few local albums on cd or vinyl during my cruise stop?

  7. We only have a partial day in Tortola with our ship leaving port at 1:30pm. I would be content with a visit to Callwood Distillery and maybe an scenic drive while getting to and from the cruise port and spend the rest of our free time within walking distance of the port. What would be the most cost effective way to do this with 3 people? What would be a ballpark price to budget for this?

  8. We are doing a cruise on the Disney Magic in Nov. We are waiting to book flights on Southwest but expect to be arriving in San Juan the day before our cruise during the afternoon. We are staying at CasaBlanca hotel in OSJ for one night.

How much time would we need to explore Fort San Cristobal? I had the thought of using 90 min or so the morning of our cruise to walk from our hotel and check out the fort. Is this realistic?
