We are stopping in Livorno for our cruise in July and have about 11 hours in port. In trying to plan out the day,  we definitely want to go to Pisa and were wondering if trying to do Florence as well would be too much. Looking for recommendations of what is doable and enjoyable. Florence/Pisa? Pisa/Lucca? Pisa/Livorno? 

We are cruising on Norwegian Epic and stopping in Livorno. Wanted to tour Florence and stop in Pisa to see the leaning tower. Has anyone used tuscanyBus.com? We were looking at it for just the transportation to each city. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
