Is it possible to order the Luminae burger for dinner in Luminae on days when the menu isn't appealing?

Has anyone done a wine tour to the Bolgheri region from La Spezia?

We're booked on the Edge in September and my sister and her husband are joining us.

We want to pre-book specialty restaurants using OBC.  I'm wondering if we can book separate reservations and once onboard, ask the restaurant to seat us together.

Wondering if Taxis are readily available at the port to take to the train station in La Spezia.

Does anyone know if you can apply the future credit for a cancelled NRD to another cabin on the same cruise?  

I booked a Suite for us and Aqua for another couple, not realizing the Aqua had a NRD.  Now the other couple may not be able to go and I'm wondering if I can apply the future credit portion of their NRD to our room.

A couple of quick questions about the pools on Equinox:

1.) Are there set pool hours for the Main pool and Solarium pool?

2.) What is the minimum age for the Solarium pool?
