We got our entire refund today! Not sure if it was due to dispute or not. But it’s all there. Broken down into 3 deposits. This was for a 3/22/20 cruise.

And i wouldnt worry about being blacklisted.  These cruise lines will be begging us for our money when they reopen...

I’m not worried. I agree! 
It was a time sensitive issue so we had to dispute sooner rather than later. Waited until after our cruise would have ended. I had called RC and emailed them. They gave me a later date for the refund when I called. 
Our Credit card not only put the money back but the interest we had paid on that amount. 

As I stated on another thread we disputed with our credit card and received the money back within 24 hours. The cruise would have been 3/22. Nothing from RC other than the promise of a refund in 30 days when we submitted the request 3/13.  I tried calling and was told it would be 30 days. I don’t care if I’m “blacklisted”. What they are doing is wrong. Our money they have had since Dec. We needed it now. 

We really don’t care. We paid it off late Dec so time was of the essence. Keeping our money from us when the cruise would have been over is just wrong.

RC cancelled our 3/22 Oasis cruise on 3/13. We submitted request for a refund that night. We have a screenshot saying 30 days. I did call on 3/24 to make sure they had our request. They said we submitted it on the 17th and would be 30 days from that. We then filed a dispute with our credit card, and within hours the credit card put the money in our account. We shouldn’t be paying interest on what we owed on our card due to RC. Thankful for our Visa card!

We took the cash. We will rebook at some point, just feel like we want more control of that. My husbands fare would be more than mine too. Plus we always get the insurance and it’s not clear how that works with FCC. It’s about what you are comfortable with.
