Thanks for the review so far. Really enjoying it and feel like I'm there with you.
We'll be sailing on the Magic in January and this is a great overview.

Many years ago, we saw Jonathan Kane, an Elton John cover. We thought he was excellent and we still talk about him every once in a while.

Thanks for the review, we'll be on Lady Oasis in mid-April. We are getting really anxious for our trip.
Glad to read that you ate at 150 CP for the FNDR, we have this booked as well. I know the wife is hoping for Giovanni's, but I wouldn't mind it getting 150 Central Park.

We loved Central Park on the Allure, it's one of our favourites spot on any cruise ship's we've been on. There's just something about having an area like that on a cruise ship!
Looking forward to spending some time there on the Oasis.

Hi there! Enjoying this freezing rain today I’m sure [emoji15]
You will love her! you feel like you’re on the Allure with a few changes here and there.

I quite enjoyed the ride in to work this morning, the roads were actually quite light on traffic.
We really liked the Allure a few years back, so I'm sure we'll enjoy the Oasis and the minor differences between both.

Hello fellow Ottawan!
Thanks for the review so far, we'll be boarding the Oasis in mid April, really looking forward to it.

Thank you very much for the great review, felt like I was on the ship with you.
April can't come soon enough now.

We we're on the Radiance last year (January 2017) and don't recall seeing any on the ship.

Yes, those are the same thing. It is basically two lounge chairs - the same ones that are in various spots throughout Labadee for free - put together, and then a half moon looking shade tent above the lounger. That way you get ample shade where there are no trees, although you do have to adjust them a bit as the sun moves during the day. And, yes, these are only on Adrenaline Beach.
The RCCL website for us was a bit confusing. We were looking at doing this and then ultimately decided against it. The website asks for the number of people (not the number clam shells). So, if you type in 2 people since there are 2 loungers per one clam shell, it actually gives you 2 clam shells (4 loungers) - and charges you twice as much.
Yes, we noticed that on the site how confusing it was for the booking. At this time, we have one booked, but we may or may not cancel it before we leave. Still have a few months to decide.
Thanks again for the information, it's been very helpful.

Thanks for the review, it will be very helpful.
Just a quick question to make sure I understand. You can rent a "Beach Lounger for Two" from RCCL's site. Are these the same as the clamshells you mentioned above? Are those only available on Adreneline Beach?

Congratulations for finally getting your money back.
I hope you and your familly have a great cruise and enjoy every second of it.

I understand now they don't provide shampoo and conditioner other than some shampoo/body soap in dispensers on the wall. Is that true? Could you get some from your cabin steward? Any shows we shouldn't miss? Any other secrets to avoid any crowded situations? Thanks!
Yes, it's true. We were on the following new years cruise, and got some from our cabin steward.

We are on the Radiance in Australia for the NYE cruise and am finding the same issue.
Both Chops and Giovanni's are unavailble on the 31st and the 1st.
Was planning to book Giovanni's on the 1st as it's my wife's 50th and she loves Giovanni's.
I guess that we'll wait to be onboard. Would be surprised that they would close these 2 on those nights!

Thank you for the review so far.
We will be on the Radiance for the New Years cruise in Australia. Always nice to see reviews on the ship.

We did Giovanni's on the Allure a few years back. Absolutely loved it. We went for both lunch and dinner during our cruise. Lunch is also less expensive than dinner.
We will be going back to Giovanni's when we sail on the Radiance in December. Looking forward to it.

Thanks for the info Anne, that sounds great.
Can't wait for our cruise to come.

Wow, that is really tight space.

Here is a shot of the back side of the starboard hump on Brilliance which has similar balconies to what is on the front except the far left balconies for cabin 7610 is wider as it is an accessible cabin. Look at the balcony for cabin 8604 above it to see where the partition would be on the front for cabin 7592.
Cabin 7606, on the right, and 8600 above it have the same small size balcony as does cabin 7596.
Here is a shot of the front of the hump on Radiance from a higher angle above. Balcony for cabin 7594 is the middle one.
As you can see in both of the above shots the balconies for cabin 7608, 7610, 7592 and 7594 over look the angled end of the life/tender boats cover.
Thank you for the pic's, gives us a good idea of what to look forward to.

Thanks for the info.
Did you by chance get a look at the balcony's for 7592 & 7594?
We will be sailing with friends with these 2 cabins later this year. From looking at the deck plans, they seem descent in size.

The rate was 1.40.

Thank you very much for the review so far.
Alaska is on our bucket list and I've always been curious about how the Cruise tours work.
We will be sailing on the Radiance next year in Australia/New Zealand and love finding any and all info available on this ship. She is a beautiful one. Can't wait to sail upon her.
Looking forward to the rest of your review.
