Sorry, new to the board so not familiar with the lingo and so I’m not sure what KSF is?

So we have a 3 day cruise booked on Harmony for the May 6 sailing originally in a grand suite with my wife and myself. We RoyalUp and get in an owners suite for a minimal up-charge which we are super pumped about and then today I call to see what it would cost to add our 2 boys to the room and to my utter amazement it only added extra port charges and taxes!!! Thank-you Royal Carribbean, well worth the boys missing a few days of school!!!

We take a cab to the Sandals resort and enjoy the day there - check it out online - not sure how much a day pass is now but we make arrangements before we sail. It is a beautiful spot with their own private island.
We do this as well, you get all the drinks and food for $110 pp, much better IMO than any other excursion.

As a huge GOT fan I think it's awesome that you guys are also trying to plan that out on your cruise

As you can see I'm new to this board and fairly new to Royal (have been on 6 cruises so far), but so far we absolutely love the service we've received. We have always stayed at GS level or higher so I know this affords us some nice perks, but I believe you get what you pay for. In our 6 cruises we have heard a lot of fellow cruisers complaining about one thing or another about their treatment because they were D or D+, but they typically were staying in interior rooms and eating at MDR and doing no excursions. I could be WAY out of line here, but loyalty also goes to those that are spending the money to keep the boat moving?? We will keep sailing Royal, they have treated us awesome and we enjoy the experience.

We were on the May 6 sailing on Harmony and while we had an Owners Suite our friends had a Star loft and had a genie. Her name was Leticia (spelling?) she went by Lettie and she was amazing as she took care of them as well as me and my wife and kids. From a sailaway party in their suite to walking all of us off the boat and straight thru customs and everything in between she was friendly and helpful, an absolute pleasure and an amazing asset to Royal.
