Ziggyuk I'm on the Star end of May I was wondering if you went into the Thermal Spa and if it was worth it?

When i tried the ap it also said "reservation not found". I have a 2 last names and I tried with/without the hyphen, it finally worked with I tried my last names without a space, weird. (official ncl account is with a space)

Also I actually typed in the reservation number rather than cut and pasted it in.  Try a few options ans see if it works.

The offer didn't show up in my AMEX offers either. I called yesterday and they we're going to call the marketing office, to see if I could get it. Not sure if I will, but at least AMEX put a note on my account about it. Call AMEX worst case scenario you haven't lost anything 🙂 Good luck

You probably need to roll your bags over to the porters who tend to sit and wait for you versus come to the curb and unload bags.

There are two excellent pick up points for Pier 66:

 

1. Edgewater Hotel: It's next to Pier 66, on the same side of the street. Cars can access the hotel entrance on Wall Street, meaning they can cross over busy Alaskan Way instead of getting into that traffic mess. This is great for Uber/Lyft rides.

 

2. Bell Street Conference Center Garage: The garage is on the other end of the pedestrian bridge that runs from Pier 66 over Alaskan Way to Elliott Avenue. You exit the terminal, take the elevator up, stroll across the bridge, and wait for your ride (there are convenient benches). This is my usual pickup point.

 

A third option is the Marriott Waterfront, which is on Alaskan Way but on the other side of the street so your driver isn't mired in the worst of the cruise morning traffic.

We're cruising out of Seattle on July 31, are these good options for drop off too? Is it a far walk with rolling luggage? If we get dropped off at option 2 is the pedestrian bridge covered?

Definitely get the antigen test instead. I had covid first week of aug and 2 weeks ago tested positive on pcr test. I did an antigen test last week and it came back negative.
