MSC offers excursions that can be ordered online via MSC official website. If I order those during the cruise (but not beforehand), will they be more expensive? Any idea?

We are arriving at Naples as 7 am. The airport is about 4 miles away. Will I be able to make it to a domestic flight that is scheduled at 11 am?
