I have sent in my request for shareholder OBC, but I don't know where to see if it's accepted. I assume it would appear on my invoice, but I'm not seeing that anywhere. I did book through a travel agent, so I'm wondering if that makes a difference.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. I emailed Cunard customer service and received a prompt reply, telling me my travel agent hadn't entered our names and personal details. I called them, had them enter the details, and all is fixed. Now excited to choose some excursions.

@punkybett I just logged in using Chrome and had no problems. Did you accept all cookies when asked when you logged in? Did you clear your browsing history? If you do that it will force the full page to load rather than relying on cached pages.
Yes to both. I've tried on 2 computers, a tablet and my phone, just not working for me. I'll call my travel agent tomorrow. Thanks for helping.

When you log into Cunard are you seeing the Shore Experiences Heading? Once you click on that is there a red box with DISCOVER MORE. I have a cruise in October and these are the things I see. Once you click on the DISCOVER MORE red box, the next page usually has the destinations of your cruise and any excursions listed.
Yes. But there is no red box. I can see the destinations but get nothing when I click on them. Everything is just blank pages. I guess I'll have to call them for help. Thanks for the suggestion.

Cruise is September 19.
using Chrome on my Chromebook.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I can login to mycunard and see my booked cruise, but it won't let me see shore excursions, and just get blank pages for anything else. I am in Canada and booked through a Travel Agent
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks for your replies. It would make more sense to stay around the airport the night before.

we're staying in Southampton after the cruise and our flight back to Canada leaves at 11 AM. What is the best option to get to Gatwick early enough?
-
Thank you for the replies. We do have travel medical insurance from company benefits, but not cancellation or interruption. I discovered yesterday that my credit card does cover those as well as lost baggage, which was a surprise as I thought their coverage stopped at age 65.

We'll be on Queen Victoria in September and I'm researching travel insurance. We don't need medical insurance, only trip cancellation and interruption.
Does anyone have experience with Cunard Care insurance?

Lacking details I would comment that flying into Tampa would likely rival the cost of MCO and a shuttle.
Not when coming from Western Canada though.

Thank you, we hoped there was a shuttle, but I can't find one.

We're flying into Orlando for a cruise out of Tampa. Does anyone know the best way to get from Orlando to Tampa?
Looking for a shuttle as we won't have a vehicle.
-
Thanks, I've been trying to get an answer from them for a couple of days.

We have good travel medical insurance from work benefits, but I'm concerned about cancellation, delay or interruption coverage. Any recommendations for this kind of insurance? There is no credit card insurance if you're 65+.

Thanks everyone! I guess I'll be spending some time on the phone.

My husband and I were on the Caribbean Princess Norovirus cruise last February, and were given a $1600/per person goodwill credit to be booked and sailed by February 28,2021. It's still listed that way on my account even though it's not possible to sail. Will they extend the credits automatically?
-
Can I use my onboard credit to pre buy shore excursions?
-
Thanks, that is helpful. I'll try to do the online checkin as well.
-
Thank you. I will prebook a private car, as early as possible and do the self disembark option. My only other flight option was 10:30 AM. It is a Sunday morning so I'm hoping the traffic will be lighter.

We need to get from Queen Victoria in Southampton to Gatwick for a 1:30 PM flight. Does Cunard have transfers? I can't find anything about it on the website.

We're on this cruise Feb 12, first Costa cruise. Do you know what diet sodas they have on board, and do they allow bringing our own sodas on? I like diet ginger ale and haven't found it on any ships I've been on.
-
does anyone know how far ahead of the cruise our etickets and luggage tags will be available?
Canned mixed drinks.

While staying in Southampton pre cruise, I discovered a premixed drink that I really enjoyed, gin with rhubarb and ginger, in a 250ml can. I'm wondering if I can bring a few of this kind of drink on the ship.
