Thank you for taking the time to write such a comprehensive review! We will be going on this cruise later this year and your comments, pictures, and tips are all so helpful! I am looking into shore excursion options now, so was particularly interested in those aspects of your review. We are also foodies (though vegan and vegetarian) - so we enjoyed those details and menus that you posted too. We have sailed with HAL before and really enjoy it.
