I am looking forward to following this. We booked the Adventure in August. This will be only our 2nd cruise.

Cruised last year on NCL.

Yes this is very bad press for NCL, it will tun a number of first time cruisers to another line that handles the situation better

I agree. I was on the Breakaway, and feel that NCL handled this extremely poorly. The whole disembarkation process was a mess.

For me the biggest negative is communication.

It was almost non existent. NCL needs to empower their front line associates.

It was my first cruise (I plan on writing a review later this week, had to catch up on life), and while I may cruise again, I will definitely look at other cruise lines. This is solely based off the actions, or lack of actions of NCL.

This is a great review. Thank you. We will be on the Breakaway on Sunday. First cruise for me and the kids. My wife and Mother-in-law have been on a bunch. Good luck in the recovery.

Exactly. My wife and I are cruising with our children, 16 and 13 and my 75 yr old mother-in-law.

One cabin for us and the other cabin for our children and their grandmother.

They booked our return trip at different airports. I may have had this issue taken care of. We just need to check the edocs.

Not a great experience.

I just went through an ordeal with NCL on the "free airfair" also. I will think very hard about using it again. The reps from the "premium" air group are nice, but can't do anything. The supervisors are rude.
