Curious why you're choosing to go back on Harmony instead of maybe Symphony or another Oasis class ship..

 

We cruised on Harmony last September and loved it but are now booked for Symphony this November primarily because of the entertainment.

 

I guess you know that all of the entertainment except the Comedy Shows will be exactly the same as the shows you just saw last week. The Boot and Bonnet entertainer may also be on a different ship by then as well.

My In laws want to go and they are in Titusville so Port Canaveral is right there

Btw, this comment completely cracked me up, people at Starbucks actually stared at me as I LOLed [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]:

 

We had to go settle up our Sea Pass scout because I had cash. I owed .04 and know that’s not an iPhone autocorrect mistake .04. The guy at guest services said that his record for lowest balance due (.06). Btw I paid .05 just to spite them.

Oh it was much better in person. I told the guy at guests services as he looking up my account I can’t believe your prices on this ship. I don’t know how you expect people to come up with all this money. I know how your salary is getting paid, I’m paying it with my account. When he finally pulled it us he almost fell on the floor laughing. That’s when I gave him 4 pennies and gave him another one and said in case I owed any interest.

Glad to hear they have red velvet cake in chops. The last few ships we went on did not offer red velvet cake in chops. We were so disappointed because it’s amazing.

It’s was very crowded but it is buffet style so food was just OK. I would recommend eating the colder stuff. Make a sandwich or Salad bar. It wasn’t terrible but so many better options on the ship

Real quick our itinerary was Eastern Caribbean (Sea, Sea, Sea, St Maarten, San Juan, Labadee, Sea). We were in Balcony Ocean View Cabin 12274. Loved the cabin and our location. Embarkation and Disembarkation were by far the smoothest and quickest we have ever seen. We had early Dinning 5:30. So here we go.

Thanks for all the help. I just started thinking about car dealers. They are all about the survey and they really push you to help them on survey. I never felt pressured by Workers on HOTS to give them 10’s but the survey was brought up. We were given all staff 10’s anyway they deserved it. Only a very few questions received poor scores

I really don’t think we left anything. We wished we brought more glow sticks to give out to the kids they were such a big hit. 20 bracelets for $1 we will bring 5 or more next time. Make sure you have the shoe organizer to hang over your bathroom door.

Answer honestly otherwise the survey is meaningless and stuff that we hear complaints about all the time will never change.

We gave a few bad stuff but honestly we don’t have many complaints. We loved all servers so we didn’t remember them asking for 10’s but it kinda was implied to do it

Just got off HOTS and had an amazing time. Wife and I are doing the survey and it asked if anyone asked us to provide positive feedback on survey. I know we had a couple workers talk to us about the survey but was wondering if they were supposed to or not. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble so how do we answer

Except in the casino, I am a light weight drinker but I got totally drunk on one Sea Day on two drinks! I felt so stupid, picture a middle age woman staggering, like couldn’t walk a straight line as hard as I tried! It was 2 O’clock in the afternoon! Ridiculous I know. I think they put lots of rum in thinking I would put more bucks in those slots! It backfired on them, I had to go to bed!

You know I think that’s a great point. I only went to the Casino twice and never got a drink. I know they can’t water down the beer.

Are the Miami Vices extra? I thought I read that the limit on a drink price is $13 with the drink package?

The limit is $14 but Miami Vices are $13 plus %18

Oh, I'm so depressed for you Hurls88.... but you made my wait for my return trip on Harmony in 27 days so much fun these past couple of weeks!!!

 

OUTSTANDING job on your review, incredible job with the drink package and proof to everyone else that it really truly is worth it (for all those on the fence people)

Question for ya, did you find that the Bionic Bar was less crowded towards the end of the cruise?? Like the novelty wore-off?

It was a little busier first night and last night but really not bad. I would suggest bringing a drink if it’s busy and order one from Bionic Bar and drink while you wait. I didn’t see any time limit between our drink orders. The most wait time we saw was 11 minutes and that was because Mix was down (There names are Mix and Mingle).

Even though I didn’t come close to guessing correctly for the contest, I am happy to hear the drink package was most definitely worth it for you! Well we have disembarked. The Embarkation and Disembarkation process for HOTS is incredible. A well oiled machine. We got our luggage and through customs in less then 15 minutes the drawback is we told our ride 8:45. We are already dreading going back to reality. Stacey works Monday and I go back in two weeks. I’m a HS golf coach and practice starts next week. I hope everyone enjoyed following us. Countdown starts Harmony June 9th 2019. I will try to answer any questions

Based on the pictures it looks like you're a very tall guy. That definitely makes a big difference in drink consumption. A very wise choice buying the drink package and it was lots of fun following the savings as you did.

 

 

 

We are on HOTS late December and I was on the fence about buying the package. I may just buy it to have fun tracking it all week, not to mention the "challenge" of at least breaking even.
