Do the new Saga cruise ships have a self service on board laundry?

So are you saying that during the day and on non formal nights shorts and t shirts are acceptable all day including after 1800?  When a formal night is happening does it cover the whole ship or just certain areas?

Never cruised before and am thinking about doing the USA trip on the new Saga ship, as i'm a T shirt and shorts guy how formal is formal please?
