Is it safe to walk to Fortaleza street from the ship? Are there any excursions or tours that go there?

Is it safe to walk off the ship to Fortaleza street in San Juan? If not, any suggestions for seeing it?

I'm curious how they handle chips on the roulette table post Covid. Do they sanitize them after each use? If not, what do they do. Do you wear a mask in the casino. We got a $300. free play. How does that work on the roulette table

How are things handled in the Casino? Chips etc. 

We have a cruise scheduled for early December and it says you have to show a test that you're negative. My question is, will they accept a fast test? Home test? or how did most of you get your test?
