  4. Omg what is wrong with phone lines to Princess? 6th time of trying today and either the line goes dead or the call goes into a loop ‘ thinking about a pre cruise hotel? Thinking about car parking etc, endless torture. No email address, just need to know why the rotten app won’t work for me. Thought holidays were supposed to be stress relieving lol

  5. Hi we are having a nightmare with the app, we cannot put in an emergency contact number, I understand that we complete it as though we are dealing from USA, ie 44 then the number, but the app will not accept this and won’t let us go any further. Any ideas/advice gratefully received
