  1. I appreciate all the responses. Last year the mini and junior clubs were combined. It was just a lot of kids and mine barely wanted to go. The year previous after covid, the group was tiny and they loved it and made friends. I know this year will be more crowded but I want them to have a fun time.

  2. Thanks for the response. Last year though it was never split. It was always together. So my boys watched games instead of participating, almost the whole time, which is no fun. I'm hoping for at least a little split time. It does look like the kids' clubs spaces are larger on the seashore compared to the divina though.

  3. Does anyone have experience with the msc seashore kids' clubs?

On the divina last year they put all the kids together in one group and there were over 40 kids in it, so my kids didn't get a chance to do much and had to watch the games, etc. I was just hoping the Seashore actually breaks up the groups accordingly.

  4. Yeah I was going to say, my husband is the only silver member and he received the 50 obc but I did not.

I still want to figure out though on our next cruise how I can receive the points for our purchases on the ship. I am the one who books the cruise and I connect my credit card, yet he gets the points. Maybe I'll ask customer service.

Are you guest #1 or is he guest #1?

The same happens with me (I'm guest #1) as far as getting more points that those who have always travelled with me.

I am guest #,  I think...I always plan the trips. Should I ask customer service?

  6. Hey All,

Does anyone know what specific liquers and cordials are included in the easy plus package?

And this is random, but my husband is at silver membership level and I am still at classic level. He is getting credit for all of our purchases on the ship.  I am the one who registers my credit card so I don't know how he's getting all the points. Any ideas? I just want to make sure on our next cruise I get the points so hopefully we will both be silver by the end of it. Thanks!

  7. I know what the cruise information states but it’s frustrating when an actual rep gives me different info. She told me no rapid antigen at all so I was confused. And it does say NAAT for my kids too so I was just hoping a rapid version would be okay. I think I’ll just have to take a chance in the info I have.

  8. Has anyone had any trouble getting on MSC with your COVID test? I have been calling back and forth between MSC and my urgent care checking on the various tests since my kids have to get different tests than my husband and I. Is it 72 hours or 3 days? Is a free pharmacy okay? Is a rapid NAAT test ok or can none of the tests be rapid because customer service already told me that my husband and I cannot get a rapid antigen test, so…?? Help!!

  9. Hey All,

So think I had asked this awhile back when I was supposed to be cruising now (April) but this cruise was canceled and now I’m set for October. Does MSC allow birth certificates as documentation to get on their cruise? I wanted to know for my kids since my husband and I have passports. The person I talked to at MSC says they do but on the web check-in the only documentation I see are passports and ID cards?? If I have to fill out that information I don’t how to do it if there is no birth certificate listed. Do I call MSC and they put it in manually? I want this figured out so I can get IDs or passports done this summer. Thanks!

  11. I don't know but when I try to go into my MSC cruise account and put in my family's info the only options I have for on-board documentation is either a National ID or passport.  So if it would include birth certificate wouldn't it say it there?? We are already looking into passports.  Thanks for your input!

  12. Thank you for all your info! We have only been on one cruise and it was carnival so we are newbies. We only ever used the Children’s program for our kids. They are too little to roam the ship anyway to do the other activities on their own and I didn’t know Carnival allowed that. We hope they enjoy the children’s program on the Armonia but mostly we plan on being at the pool area/Splash pad and two days in Ocean Cay!  We eat meals with them anyway so I’m not worried about that and we really do use this as a “family” vacation. Thanks!
