Breezy, wherever I go, I get my feet there. My niece started it during her world travels, and I shamelessly stole the idea. Nice picture.

Hutchgal...the picture of the ship, the wake, and the clouds almost looks surreal. Beautiful shot. I hope you have that one framed!

My dear friend Claudia, now deceased; this picture was staged, but it really happened. We laughed so hard because she didn't realize her dress was up and those big ole white panties were showing!

I emailed Carnival and requested pins after our four day cruise on the Sensation and they said only on 5 days or longer. Hummmmm!!!

I can only suggust you try again, since it could be one of those things that depends on who gives you the answer...or perhaps you could write a real letter...good luck!

we went on our first and second Carnival cruises last week (B2B on Elation). On the second one we asked about the pins and were told that they are only being given on trips of 5 days or more:(

We did a 4-day on the Splendor this past November. I wrote guest services after we were home and requested the pins. They were quickly in the mail, one for each of us. You might try that.

:DPeaceful I got my pins!!! that was quick too. I was actually going on that same cruise with you for 4/10 but I got such a great, great deal on this 10 day cruise i just couldn't pass it up. maybe we will sail together some other time.

Isn't Carnival the best? The odds are good that we will continue to see each other "around" here. Thanks for the note.

I just emailed through the website under contact us. It took less than a week to get a confirmation and the pins arrived within another week. Good luck.

Hello Everyone. Can I call Carnival and request a Carnival Splendor Pin? Dh and I did the Back to Back on it's 1st sailing out of Ft. Lauderdale and they didn't have any yet. Thanks

I madaamt. I emailed for my Splendor pin, telling them I only needed one, but today already came two, so I have an extra for anyone who needs it. Hope you are well. Sorry we didn't get to meet on our common cruise.

Thanks for the info peaceful!!! Now I have read where CAT12 & 11's get VIP Boarding. Is this true on all ships and what does that entail???

VIP boarding allows you to get into a special line and be boarded faster (because of the special attention) than other guests; those in a suite and those with platinum (10 or more cruises) status all get VIP. I have never cruised out of NOLA, but in Tampa, it was quite nice. That's really all the VIP consists of, but it adds to the excitement in my opinion (Excuse me, can you direct me to the VIP boarding line?).

Hi all, just finding this thread because we just upgraded our room from an OVG to CAT11 on the FANTASY out of NOLA. We have room V14. Have been reading through all of the posts and I am confused, first time cruiser here.... We are cruising on the Fantasy but I read about Fantasy Class ships???? :confused: :confused: Now don't laugh to much at me. I was just looking for clarification and to see if anyone has pictures or reviews of V14 on the Fantasy Ship out of NOLA. We will be leaving 8/4/08. :D

Carnival divides its ships into classes. Fantasy class includes the ships Carnival Fantasy, Ecstasy, Sensation, Fascination, Imagination, Inspiration, Elation, and Paradise.

These are all the same "floor plan" and configuration. Pictures of one are representative of pictures of another. Style and colors, as well as themes, are different from one ship to the next.

Just two weeks ago, I emailed Carnival using the email on their web site asking to purchase pins from the Paradise and the Sensation. They came in the mail today with a very nice, handsigned letter...and they sent two of each pin! Thanks for the suggestion to ask.
