Cashflow is no problem but debt is. Carnival has currently a debt of a whopping 34bn. Interest last quarter  was about 450 mln, that is about 2bn interest per year 😞 That is a really heavy burden to carry....

I am new to cruising, I wonder who is offering the upgrade ( HAL or the broker). We booked directly at HAL a Carribean cruise at the end of february 2020.

If they offer upgrades, when can I expect such an offer?
