We have just returned from Luxor and I would like to thank you and the information you shared here - it helped me a lot on my trip and enabled us to maximise our time there. 

I too would focus on Jerusalem, There is so much to see. 

I have to say, I was a bit sceptical this trip would be easy. But wow - Mohammed Qenawy, our tour guide from Ramasside Tours made the trip! He stayed with us from Safaga to Luxor. He was respectful, polite and Informative. He shared his wealth of knowledge at every stop. He truly cared about us having a good time. He went out of his way to assist us with small things and share his city and culture. 
You don’t come around people often whom extend such hospitality.
I would highly recommend Ramasside and Mohamhmed!
