  1. Hi, although I am a mom, and don't have any first hand experience, my kids loved Club O2! My older son did meet people on the boat, some of which he still talks to. There were on the boat relationships too. haha. I know I was charged for roses once. Have fun!

  2. When my kids were in the kids clubs, I always tipped at the end of the cruise. It should be based on their experience and how much you utilized the service. There is no one answer. IIRC, my youngest is 14 now, I tipped between $50-$100, but my child LOVED it, and spend a lot of time there. When we would go to pick him up, he would beg to stay.

  3. Hi Carol,

I booked with Trinity reservations following your advice 6 months ago for my cruise in 3 weeks! I can't believe it is almost here. My question is, it appears they are now offering both the Ramada and Spring Hill Suites for a negligible price difference. Which would you recommend?

  4. So if you're in the Haven, do you meet the concierge before every show or just go directly to the show and they'll seat you in the Haven area?

For the main shows, you just proceed to the theater. You do still need to make reservations. There is a section reserved for Haven guests that will open to the public 15 minutes prior to showtime. We met the concierge for the Cirque show and for priority tendering as well as priority debarkation.

  5. My kids really enjoyed it and remember it still today. Are you thinking of the Atlantis excursion? I highly recommend a ship excursion for this as when we did it, we were late coming back. Because it was a ship excursion, I worried a little less. We were still running back to the ship though!

  6. I was looking at excursions and such on my upcoming cruise and noticed this package. Ultimate Dining Package

There's no better way to enjoy our wide selection of delicious specialty dining options than with our Ultimate Dining package. Dine in a specialty restaurant every night of your cruise.

Is this something new? Anyway, it is $119 pp and a specialty restaraunt every night, so if that is something you like, its a bargain!

  7. We were on the NCL Epic in August. Two people died on our sailing (so sad!). The first person died on embarkation day. We had to turn around and go back to Miami. The second person died in Nassau. We were late leaving that port. We still made all of our ports on time, but was sad to think of that happening on vacation.
