This might have already been covered, but with Princess, if you can't get a covid test or fail the test you are eligible for either a re-booking or 100% cruise credit.

As of right now, until August 15th, no masks are required anywhere, although recommended.  As of August 15th masks are required in elevators, boarding or disembarking, theater, and other places where social distancing is required.  The last part is not clear at this time.  On the cruise I just got off, there were few passengers wearing masks anywhere and no enforcement.  I imagine that will change when the new rules go into effect in a week.  Masks were required in the terminal buildings, as least in Seattle.

No.

  Alfredo's is a sit down and order location, but they are the ones that make the pizzas for room service.

From Seattle, you are having to sail outside of the Inside Passage,  I assume that is where there were some high winds and high seas?

 

Maybe they have had supply issues on their Prime Rib, with the restart.

Cant imagine that they would want to take that away!

The east side of Vancouver island is too narrow for cruise ships.  You are following the standard route.
