We were in a Havana cabana on the Horizon in January. We disliked the cabana area not because of the people waking by but the lounger does not have a cushion and is very uncomfortable and you slide down to the bottom. The hot tub and bar area were fine except there is normally only one person taking care of the inside and outside bar.

I just came back yesterday 2/16/2020 and was able to use WIFI calling through T Mobile on the Horizon the entire cruise. 

That's the cabin I have booked. It will be interesting to see the changes when they do the 100 million dollar upgrade. Spice h2O will be right out back.

I know they are small rooms but some rooms are about 200 sq feet. I just cant find which ones and NCL was no help.

It helps you make sure you have everything you need and your passport is not expired.

We have been circling for over an hour an a half looking for a person that may have gone over board.It happened around 1am.

FWIW, I just called (twice) to Royal. Both times I was told the 'Replenish' printing was an error and it's actually the Refreshment package that's free. I've emailed my TA just hoping he'll get a different answer.

 

I wish I would have called earlier before RCI caught on to the mistake. I wonder what will happen to those who benefited.
