Go with Allianz, there was no problem getting the amount credited back to my credit card

We used Allianz and all we had to do was send them proof the cruise was cancelled and they put the credit back on our card in 4-6 weeks

Our insurance company credited our payment back to us. We called them and had to email a copy of the cancelled cruise.

Yes that’s what my TA told me but we are not rescheduling at this time. Since what is happening is unprecedented, and a lot of other industries are giving refunds, I think insurance companies should follow suit.

If your cruise was cancelled, were you able to get your trip insurance cost credited back to you. My TA said they won’t give a refund.
