Hi Folks

We just got off phone with NCL a minute ago and they will not fully refund our cruise. We are sailing out of Venice on May 15th. They will only refund with penalties applied. This is horrible service! 

I agree we need to start to bombard their social media accounts. We need to be at least be able to reschedule for a later date. I have already made a post on their FB page.  I am sure there are plenty of cruisers who have the same feelings.

NCL needs to do the right thing and at least let people reschedule their cruise for a later date. People have a lot of money invested in these cruises and it is not right for NCL putting them in a position of forfeiting their money just because they felt it safe not to do a vacation during one of the largest virus outbreaks in years. I for one will have no problem boycotting NCL if they don't over a sensible solution to this.
