  1. Just wanted to give my update here

    My mom had a cruise for 3/20, which was cancelled on 3/12. I called for a refund that same day.

    I called every once in a while for an update, but nada. Then in June, I got an email that it could take another 3 months, so my mom decided to file a dispute with American Express. And we now have our refund 😃

  2. Just updating. I called for a refund in March the day the cruise was cancelled and have been calling every once in a while to get an update on the refund. Just called today and after the person looked into it, I got an email saying that I should get the refund in 60 days. Since there's no way I'm waiting another 2 months on top of the 3 months I already waited for, I called again and they said it was in processing.

     

    I'll give it another 2 weeks and if there's nothing, I'll file a chargeback. On the bright side, I got my globus refund and am now just waiting on msc and ryanair.  Fastest refunds (for the family) have been Alitalia, KLM and Oceania.

    Still nothing. Will probably call again next week.

    I'm also waiting on a Globus refund from 3/25 so ::fingers crossed::
