  1. We are also waiting. We got an FCC for our deposit and the extra 25% on our credits we used to pay for the August cruise. When we sent an email to guest relations, they claimed it could take more time for the bigger portion to be credited. So, how is it that someone looked at our file to calculate the 25 percent, but they couldn't deal with the FCC used to pay for the cruise. We have been assured the credit is coming, but when I asked for confirmation of the amount I was told my request has been forwarded to another department for review....so far no response from the different department. It seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

  2. Our biggest frustration is lack of customer service. We have a similar situation to many others on this site but when we try to get answers we are told to try somewhere else. The first point of contact (phone call) directs us to a guest relations email. Submit that and all you get back are platitudes. Nobody is willing to check into the issue. "Just wait a couple more weeks" is not the answer. It should be "I'll look into that for you." My advice to all: keep detailed records of all transactions and print all email confirmations. At some point we might be able to talk with someone willing to help.

  3. Sorry should be 125%...and we already got email outlining that credit which is the extra percentage calculated on the original POM credit used to pay for this cruise. As I stated the original has not been credited to our account. We have a credit for nearly $2000...but not for the over $7000 we paid. Yes, it is supposed to come in the form of a FCC but it hasn't. And yes it was supposed to be there by June 25th, but it isn't.

  4. We got a similar letter outlining the extra 25 percent FCC, but we didn't get our original Peace of Mind Credit returned. We applied our POM credit from a spring 2020 cancellation to this cruise...but now it doesn't seem to exist even though FAQ's claim these types of credits will be returned. The NCL salespeople don't waste any time, they called shortly after the extra 25 percent was issued to try to get us to book another cruise. When we explained we hadn't gotten the original POM credit back she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough, telling me to just be patient and wait a few more days.
