I don't know, from what I've seen all the Havana rooms with balconies don't actually have balconies, you have to cross a walk way and its all glass. Personally I really enjoy having a private balcony that you can just watch the sea go by, smell that fresh salt air and eat some breakfast on the balcony.
I really really wish Havana had private balconies, I love the other perks but that balcony is a breaker for me IMHO.
