aruba started last week requiring covid test with in 3 days of travel, although we will now be testing it won't be with in 3 days of aruba

the list is lame. level 4 list is long and was before the new 16 were added. Jamaica is a level 2 and under 6% of population is vaccinated. US is at a level 3. 

does anyone know when and if Jamaican ports will open?

Cozumel?

costa rica?  

cartagena? 

Interesting that Aruba is on there end of oct. I thought they just closed back up.
