Hi Greg, glad to hear you enjoyed the steam & sauna setup on Silver Dawn. I am on Silver Muse next month and hoping it will be a similar set up.
On the last 2 cruises, saga and princess, there were no single sex facilities. 
I shall post my findings when on board. 
Any other sauna users on Silver Muse Melbourne to Auckland ?

Recently back from a cruise on Saga Spirit of Discovery. Great facilities and all included but sadly all co-ed. No men only areas at all.

Do any of you guys have experience of Silversea Silver Muse?

No info on Spirit of Discovery so far.
We are joining the ship a week tomorrow so I’ll let you know.

I agree that the Saga ships look great and I like the high end all inclusive experience.
Really hoping for some sauna time without the groups of ladies gossiping and giggling like they were on the Princess cruise in April.

A shame all ships don’t offer single sex facilities in addition to the coed ones in the spa.

We were on Regal Princess a few weeks ago and I think the set up is the same.

Poor Gym set up and small locker room with no steam or sauna in there.

Co ed sauna available in spa for a fee but to my mind really not worth the charge.

Hi Guys, anyone have knowledge of the sauna or steam room set up on Saga Spirit of Discovery?

First time cruising with Saga and after a recent disappointing experience on Regal Princess am hoping to enjoy some single sex sauna time. 
Hate having to wear swim shorts in a coed environment.

Never sailed with princess before

Anyone with experience of this ship?

Can't see there is a men only sauna area but hope I am wrong about that.

Any sauna users on Regal Princess Ireland & Scotland cruise. April 30?

Currently on Rotterdam. Men’s sauna is a great space for up to six men. Quiet most times I have visited, doesn’t seem to be used much.  Any other sauna users on board?

Hoping to enjoy our spa time on Rotterdam in January and then on Regal Princess at the end of April.

Always good to make new friends.

Recently returned from Southampton to Barcelona on Splendor and we’re in 1402.

we did not experience any noise or vibration at all.

However when speaking to the future cruise consultant about another voyage he suggested that on a sailing through choppy waters we would definitely be more comfortable on a lower deck.

Perhaps  your choice of suite location might change depending on the voyage.

Thinking of taking advantage of a great offer on a UK cruise

I have no idea how, or even if I can, add info to the sheet, but have great experience of Regent Splendour.

Large steam room, sauna and cold room in the mens area.

We were in 1407 a few weeks ago. Table, 2 chairs and 1 sun lounger. Not a big balcony but enough to get around for a couple.

Got home and booked same deck for London to Barcelona later this month. 
I think they are all PH suites on this deck, with the exception of the regent suite. 

Regent Splendor.

recently back from a cruise on this wonderful ship. Separate sauna, steam room and cold room, as well as shaving facilities etc in the mens area.

We are joining the Splendor in Copenhagen July 8th for a previously cancelled birthday celebration cruise.

Love to hear from any other guys on this sailing.

I think that IF the cruise goes ahead there may well be a lot of sea days.

A question for anyone on Marina this New Years day from one joining later this month in Santiago (Perhaps)

Due to the understandable changes needed for health and safety at this time, is the gym open and also the sauna and steam rooms?

I do love some gym time and a relax after my workout.

Would hate to be onboard for 50 days and unable to use these facilities.

Also what is the general atmosphere? Much evening socialising?

All or any replies will be gratefully received.

The Navigator is the smallest of the Regent ships. Glad to hear that the others have larger spa facilities.
