Just had my cancellation notification for this cruise. No apology or information but at least I now can move on

Having asked P&O recently about this cruise which doesn't take a brain surgeon to know will not take place I received an email reply dated 24th April from customer services who basically didn't answer the question .

What they did say though was that the balance and due payment date had now been moved from June to 30 days prior to departure.
