It doesnt matter what device you use.

This literally cant happen.

The proctor will not let you proceed if the kit is expired. 

They know when they scan the QR code to begin the process.

when you go through the process with the proctor, your device will ask you to allow access to the camera for the proctor.  You don't need to "turn it on" per se.

you can do the test on anything that has a camera

the app may or may not be available on non-phone devices, in which case you just use the website through a browser on your particular device.

Optum is  just a reseller.

Its the same e-med kits.

The OTC test doesn't have a reporting component that im aware of.

Take one of those first, then take the RX one.

I looked on my Samsung tablet (android) and it  appears in the store and can be installed.

What type of tablet do you have?

its just called NAVICA, the publisher is Abbott.

Its a blue square with NAVICA in all caps.

There are several Suite classes.  Not all of them are THAT expensive.

That sounds like a Celebrity Suite.

The lowest Suite, Sky Suite, are generally about double the cost of a veranda cabin.
