Can’t use the card , if there are no cruises to book ,, But yes I pointed out the same website to my wife afterwards.. Then  why then  have an expiration date on it?   But then again how people read the back of a shampoo bottle and know to “rinse and repeat”☺️

You mentioned Discovery so really its NCL themed debit card and the expiration date is so it can be run as  a debit card.  Visa gift cards are the same way.

Anyone thinking of going to Disney is insane! I was just there and have never seen it so crowded. Waits for lines were 60+ minutes. Between the 2 hour ride there and 2 hour return you do not get much time to enjoy the $100+ admission price

I was under the understanding that last week of Aug the wait times were down as kids went back to school.  Flight of Passage hit a 15 min wait time in animal kingdom and Disney Studios had the Rise of the Resistance boring groups not instantly fill up.   October sailings would be the worst to double dip with this year as the 50th anniversary will attract more crowds.  I'd go to Disney springs and shop maybe shop and bar hop.  Sure there's something closer to shop and drink.

The problem is timing. Bermuda wants a PCR test on Wednesday, which is way more than 72 hours out from sailing. NCL wants a test taken within 72 hours of sailing. And then NCL also does an antigen test at the pier. If you delay taking your PCR test for Bermuda until inside of 72 hours, you will REALLY be pressing your luck to get results back in time to submit your Bermuda Travel Authorization, since that needs to be submitted more than 24 hours out in order to be approved before boarding.

I'm confused was this something sent out just to the 9/26 sailing because I can't find anything on the site that says we also need a PCR 72 hours before sailing for NCL.

  4. Well if it doesn't happen I guess I take what they offer and see if the cheap ticket lotto is running for the shows that have reopened.  It's likely more risky to go to NYCC which is the same week my cruise is and that's still moving forward.

We never saw the dreaded 'Your cruise is on hold' page before they cancelled our October Joy cruise.  Our rollcall was checking every day for our dining reservations to open.  (We were within 120 days).

They disabled the payment option on me for my other Joy sailings shortly the announcement came out.

I wish they would change Footloose on the Joy. I’d rather sit through The Hall of Presidents at WDW.

The one perk of the Joy getting moved around and delayed  is I'm now booked on the Breakaway with Six.  Which I'd like to see and I don't think venue would impact once since it's mostly concertlike.

I would assume that with all the postponement they'd have enough time to rehearse Kinky Boots and shake out the bugs.  I loved the pro-shoot of the West end cast.
