I am new to cruising, so this may be obvious...but how can you view when stateroom prices have dropped? Should I just check from the main listings occasionally or is posted somewhere?

I currently have a Sail Away Balcony booked for Sept 23 on the Getaway...if I bid to upgrade to club and it's accepted am I likely to get another sail away club?

Thanks for all of the input. I am new to NCL but think the plus is the way to go for me. One doubt I still have, does the upgrade price include 20% tip, or is that added at the end?
