Stay after it. We had a situation with Princess years ago and my wife stayed after it and Princess fixed it. Even though the TA created the problem. I haven’t went through a TA ever since 

Does the regular internet package support wi fi calling?

We have a dining package on our 9 day cruise and have not been on this class of ship. Opinions appreciated from those in the know.We like pretty much everything. Thanks

As you can see, either one or both were lying to me

 

Went through this with Princess 10:years ago. TA blamed Princess and vice versa. It turned out Princess was right and bent over backwards to cover our butts. Cost the TA  20 bookings!

I have ordered flowers for April 8 and 15. Call Celebrity they will order them thru the ship. Will be charged thru your shipboard account. Pain in the butt to have to call them.
