I only had one treatment, a facial at the spa during the October 20 voyage. Nice treatment, very friendly estitician (Deborah) from South Africa.

The spa at first seems small at first...A smaller front desk area to check in and a unisex changing area much like a fitting room/cubicles at a department store and you put your clothes in a locker just outside of the changing rooms. Then you wait on a bench for your service.

My appointment was a bit delayed so when Deborah greeted me, she had me wait a few more minutes in the thermal suite which looked amazing! It is much bigger than the Disney Rainforest or Persian Garden on Celebrity. I was staying in Rockstar Quarters (suite) but I heard the area is included in Mega-Rockstar suites. I believe a day pass is $70 per day and I will do that next time!

I think the rest of the spa seems somewhat smaller because they have split out other areas to other parts of the ship. The fitness area(s) are up by the pool, the mani/pedi "Medi-Spa" is in another also near the pool.

Haven't sailed from Seattle yet (We're on a Celebrity sailing from there in July!), but we visited Seattle 2 years ago and didn't need a car at all. We took an Uber from the airport to our hotel and walked around the city the entire weekend. Our group was 40s/50s. The map made it seem more spread out than it actually is and when we decided to walk, we were surprised at how easy it was.

The Chihuly Glass museum is interesting and in the same area as the Space Needle which has a great view at the top...Glass floor that rotates. We did the obligatory visit to the original Starbucks as well as the nearby farmers market. The Starbucks Reserve is a nice contrast to the original. Very elaborate and interesting to watch them roast the coffee.

The Underground tour is a must! SO interesting to hear the history of Seattle.

Had a nice dinner at the Pink Door...recommended to us by some locals.
