Sailing on the Jewel Feb 20. Nothing shows in the app yet for me either

I agree the towels should stay inside. I think this somewhat was encouraged in hotels during Covid when housekeeping was cut or severely limited, but yeah it needs to stop now.

It wasn't available on browsing but I could do it with the reservation after I pulled up the original day of flights. I could change the date. It was a bit of a pain though. 

I had the same thought. It makes no sense. We're on the same cruise. Jewel is a smaller ship. This should have been a solid point on the itinerary. What is going on?
