Based on this string, we re-did our booking so that we can walk to the cruise ship from the hotel. Interestingly, the new location is cheaper (and still includes breakfast!). -

We booked the Holiday Inn Express, Kowloon. Breakfast included, WiFi, and close to the waterfront.
