Terms and conditions

The Virgin Red Programme terms and conditions apply.

• This offer is exclusive to Virgin Red members and is applicable to new bookings only.

• Virgin Red is not acting as a travel agent and is merely facilitating the redemption/spending of Virgin Points.

• Voyages are booked directly with Virgin Voyages and are subject to its terms and conditions.

• Flights and transfers are not included.

• This is a round-trip voyage from Miami. All sailors (passengers) must make their own travel arrangements to and from Miami prior to and after the cruise.

• All sailors (passengers) should check Virgin Voyages’ Voyage Well initiatives and conditions of travel to ensure they agree with the health and safety protocols.

• All sailors (passengers) are responsible for meeting the entry requirements for each port visited on the cruise. Based on local regulations, face masks may be required during embarkation and disembarkation in terminal buildings and while on shuttle buses.

• Purchase of sailings from Virgin Red are for Access Keys to book cabins. Access Keys will be issued within 72 hours of your points being redeemed. Reservations made with Access Keys are not eligible for Virgin Voyages' Perks Program and do not count towards any future loyalty program credits. Taxes and fees are payable separately during the booking process.

• Access Keys cannot be used in conjunction with any offer, discount or credits (including airfare and/or premium drinks credits).

• All sailors (passengers) must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old.

• Cabins are Central Sea Terrace or The Sea Terrace on Valiant Lady, and will be determined by Virgin Voyages according to availability. The price is per cabin (one or two persons). There is no single sailor supplement available.

• Each Access Key required to book a cabin is only applicable for a five-night round-trip sailing from Miami on Valiant Lady departing from 01.06.2024 and no later than 30.09.2024. Any other use of the Access Key will be void.

• Each Virgin Red member can book up to four Central Sea Terrace or The Sea Terrace cabins. The booking party must check-in at the same time.

• Access Keys may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any resale or transfer of Access Keys or cabins for profit is not permitted and may result in the Access Key(s) and/or cabin(s) being cancelled without notice. 

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of completion of booking process by Virgin Voyages.

• Virgin Red recommends that bookings should be completed no later than five business days before the date of travel.

• Cabin type cannot be upgraded when using an Access Key as part of the booking process, and any attempt to do so will result in the Access Key being void. However, once the booking of a Central Sea Terrace or The Sea Terrace cabin has been confirmed, it may be possible to upgrade if Virgin Voyages subsequently offers the chance to do so.

• Once the access key has been redeemed on the Virgin Voyages website, no refunds or changes are permitted. Please get in touch with Virgin Voyages if you have any queries in relation to your booking.

• Access keys that have not been redeemed on the Virgin Voyages website can be cancelled by contacting Virgin Red by 15 September 2024. Virgin Points will be re-credited to your Virgin Red account at the end of the booking period on 30 September 2024.
