You might want to think about setting up a Disney Vacation Account. You can deposit your gift card (or direct from your credit card) into the account, and then use that to pay DCL directly (DCL for some reason does not want TA's handling the DVAs). If you do it that way, as long as you set up the DVA six months prior to your final payment date, Disney will mail you $20 in gift cards for every $1000 you spend. You can even use the DVA to purchase OBC for yourself, and still get the $20 gift cards. It is like getting an extra 2% back.

Does anyone know if the tourist train in Kristiansand gives tours in English, or is it only Norwegian?

My family used Ketchikan Taxi Cab Tours last year and loved it. We saw bears, eagles, a totem pole carver, Bight Totem Pole Park, and a lot more. Amazing, great tour.

I would just like to say that I agree wholeheartedly with the posters here. My DD is 2 and has been at the nursery on three separate cruises, and has always loved it. The child:crew ratio is similar to that of our local daycare.

I do not know for sure, but I do know from when I worked at Disney World the vast majority of the height requirements are set by the manufacturer for safety reasons. Things like restraints not working properly for a certain height, etc. As I said, I do not know for sure, and in all honestly, you might not find out until you get on board because different crew members might do things differently...
