The customer service rep was only referring to what Viking requires. Prior to this, Honduras required Yellow Fever vax if you were coming from Panama to Honduras. This requirement has apparently been removed and is no longer on the Viking site. Of course this can change at any moment.

We are booked Panama to FL December 10th. On July 12/23, on the Viking "chat", I was told that "it looks like the Yellow Fever vaccination is no long(er) a requirement at all for your itinerary." and then was told to go to MVJ for pre-cruise requirements: the yellow fever requirement has been removed.
