Thank you very much for your trip report! I will be boarding the Pursuit in Barcelona on Thursday and am really looking forward to it.

From my understanding the rumored problem right now is not that access is not policed but that supposedly absolutely nobody but top tier suite guests are allowed to use the Thermal Pool. Last stories we heard was that passes are no longer sold and not even spa treatments give you access to the pool and veranda.  

I would definitely be interested to purchase a pass for my upcoming trip at the end of the month so any information if they are still selling them on Pursuit would be very much appreciated.

Just received our documents for our May 26 Journey cruise.  The documents include a specific Pier and Gate for boarding.  Should not be any problem finding it.

Just off Quest. We sailed with first time cruisers to introduce them to Azamara. They loved it! The Mrs. wanted to use the T-pool. No passes being sold, so we suggested a massage. A 75 minute massage was booked at $219 PLUS 18% gratuities. When she arrived and asked to use the T-pool, the request was denied. For top suites only. One very disappointed customer.

That really doesn't sit well with me as they advertise the SPA terrace as one of the SPA benefits and not as a "top suites" only benefit.

I can live with Taittinger and Moet - and there is no chance it will go flat while I am on board 😆

It's a sparkling wine from California ...if they try to serve that to me as Champagne I'll drag them by the ear into the next wine store in France and let the owner give them the well deserved lecture about the provenance of Champagne.

Kind of happy now that I'll be in the South of France for my cruise - if they are still empty I'll shop in the ports. But it seems like the Ultimate Package wouldn't be worth the money. Is that impression correct?

Short question: Can I pre-book anything like drinks or dining packages etc. online before my cruise except for excursions?

I would be greatly interested if they still sell the passes that allow access to the Thalasso pool.

I could imagine they either start selling more of them if they take the benefit away from suits or they stop selling them all together and you can only get access if you book a treatment.

I would love to hear if this also reflects the experiences of other travelers who traveled on the Pursuit or the Journey or if this is Quest specific. 

I am going on the end of May cruise from and to Barcelona and even the Highlights of Barcelona & Airport Transfer guided excursion is supposed to leave at 8:00 AM.

Highly doubt it - the list of potential side effects and contra-indications with several very common conditions like high blood pressure etc. is extensive.
