It will be sad if they do, especially if you spend so much time getting the right cabin. But why do they change the cabins?

Hi everyone. I am booked in Cabin XTD-723 but could change to XTD-836 or XTD-829. I read mix reviews about the differences. Should I change to 836? What is the "red tape" everyone is talking about?
