  1. All

A couple of last-minute questions, which I am sure are basic, but I am stressing over. First question, if we have valid passports, is there a need to also bring our birth certificates?  I keep saying to bring your passports and other documentation, so I am not sure what that other documentation is.   Second question,  now our set sail passes are all the same color in Apple wallet, but do I need to print out copies of my set sail passes or will digital work? They are in my Apple wallet, I’ve taken screenshots of them, but will they ask me for a paper copy at the pier?

    thanks in advance!

  2. Hello and Happy Holidays, all!  I checked us in about a month ago for our cruise and put our set sail passes in Apple wallet.

I just checked to make sure all four were still there, and I noticed that my pass and our daughters’ passes were blue in color my husband’s was a grayish color. They have all of the same information on them, his has the same check in time at the terminal as we all do, his is just a different color.

I can’t find anything that is missing in the information I put in, so I decided to reach out on the boards here and see if anybody else had noticed this or can tell me what the problem might be, if there is one.

    Thanks in Advance

  3. Hello all, a quick question. If the pricing on something I have already purchased, call it an excursion or a beverage package, etc., if the price drops before the cruise, do I automatically get the new pricing, or do I have to cancel and re-buy?  I am worried about that because someone else might grab it up as I am attempting to re-purchase. Or, can I call Royal Caribbean and they will change?

    Thanks in advance!

  4. I keep checking to see when we can check in, but it says check-in is unavailable. When does check-in open? And, to get an earlier board time, is it the order in which you check in?

also, do you need proof of a negative Covid test when you board? I keep hearing both yes and no.

    Thanks in advance.

  5. Hello, all!

Back to cruising after about 5 years. Last time we went we got an amazing upgrade to a Royal Suite on Allure. An ABSOLUTELY amazing experience but we are back to “normal” with this cruise. We have 2 Jr suites on Oasis that are next 2 each other. My 21 and 16 year olds will be in one, and my husband and I in another. The rooms are side by side but not adjoining.   Two questions. 1) can the balconies be adjoined/opened to each other, and 2) can the bed be split apart for my daughters?

Thanks  in advance for any help,
