We had the same experience— we booked Virtuosa but when moved to the Bellissima we were upgraded to the Duplex Suite. Since these suites were originally supposed to be Aurea, I don’t think the elevator goes all the way down to 12. Is there a staircase or am I just going to have to use the general lifts outside of YC? Not complaining as the duplex will be Epic but just curious!! i wondered about these stairs but thought maybe it was crew stairs?
