  1. Thank you all very much!!! I was eventually able to speak to a "supervisor " in the Casino dept. Victor, told me the issue should be corrected in 24-48hrs. I will wait until Monday and then use the contacts suggested here. Thank you again!!
  2. Thank you for the advice! The person I mentioned was with Princess Corporate and her name is mentioned quite often on the boards here, so I didn't think it was an issue to mention her. Yes, it is a current booking, done through the Casino dept of Princess direct. And yes, I agree the lack of their knowledge is ridiculous lately, which is why I was hoping someone on here knew of another Corporate representative they have used as amazing as Kim was.
  3. Hi, I am hoping someone has contact info for someone in corporate customer service. I have always used Kimberly Baldwin in the past and apparently she is not with the company any longer. Regular "navigators" do not seem to be much help. Thank you in advance!!
