  1. This cruise was chosen due to the itinerary particularly the Newfoundland calls. Thru no fault of the cruise line our schedule was changed in a major way hence we had paid a lot of money for what ended up being a very poor cruise. There were many aspects of the cruise that were disappointing and there was an overall feeling that cost cutting measures were in place. The internet quality was very poor and the selection of television stations was totally unsatisfactory. As a goodwill gesture a future cruise credit of 20% of the value of what we paid has been offered but it is so restrictive as to its use that it is of no value. Communications with Seabourn have failed to modify their position on this and our last communication still remains unanswered. Having left the ship both ourselves and other passengers ended up with Covid most likely contracted on the ship?
