Leaving soon on a cruise on Dream and wondering how the WiFi is.  Can you use it in your room? Is it worth the price?  Thanks.

We are arriving by air to NOLA and taking a shuttle to the port. We need to pick up a couple of bottles of wine and sode before getting on ship.  Can anyone tell me a place close by that I could purchase same.  Apparently shuttle will not stop and since I have already booked transfer can't change to taxi.  Thanks for any advice. 

Thank you for your advice concerning cab/uber fares. I have another question. Since we are flying into NOLA the morning of the cruise, I am not able to bring wine or soda with me so was wondering if there is anywhere close to the port where Carnival departs from where I could pick up a 12 pack of Coke and a couple of bottles of wine to take on board.

Really enjoying your review and pictures. We are going on the Dream in November so trying find out as much as I can about shore excursions,etc. You mentioned you did not purchase the beverage pkg but did have drinks. Now much were the cocktails and/or glass of wine? We will each be taking a bottle of wine and 12 soda. Thanks for any info you can give.

We have just booked a cruise out of NOLA and will be arriving at the airport approximately 10:30 AM and departing on ship at 4 PM. What is the best way to get from airport to port? Can someone please let me know approximate taxi/Uber fare so I can compare with cruiseline transfer. Thank you.

Just booked a cruise for next February on the Norwegian Dawn which included, in the price as a perk, the Ultimate Beverage Package. Just wondering how this works and if it is as good as it sounds. Please advise. Thanks
