We have always done RC, was looking in to trying MSC but want to be sure I'm understanding what is and is not included. What about rooms, dining, any adult only areas (we are pool people)

We are two adults travelling and pool not beach people. What ships have the best pool areas/options? Any ships have indoor pool areas for is the weather is not great?

We have never done NCL before, it will also be my boyfriends first cruise so I want it to be an amazing experience for him. Which ship would you say is top for an adult couple. Adults only area options? We are big pool people and dining/food is important.
